But residents of Zawbawadi locality are living under the shadow of fear. The work of Parvati Building is underway and this project has been affecting them. They feel like having an earthquake when work of this building is carried out on a big scale. They complained about this to the civic officials but in vain. Nobody is giving an ear to their grievances in this regard.
