After the death of his wife, a father sold his two-year-old son for INR 1.5 lakh in the Antop Hill area. In this case, a case of human trafficking has been registered against four people including the accused father. Sources informed that two people have been arrested in this case. The case came to light after the boy's grandfather noticed this.


Meanwhile, investigation revealed that the boy was sold to a couple in Uttar Pradesh. It was revealed that the accused received INR 160,000 from the sale of the child. Amar Dhiren Sardar's daughter had a second marriage with accused Anil Poorvaya at Vijay Nagar in Antop Hill area. Kajal died a few days ago. After that his grandson lived with his father Anil. The grandson was not seen for the past few days, so this incident came to light when he inquired.


Since the month of June, grandfather had been asking Anil about the grandson. But he was avoiding the question. Finally he got suspicious. So when he inquired, it was found that the child was sold through Asma Sheikh who lives nearby.

Anil took the boy to Sheikh without telling anyone in July. He sold the child with the help of Asha Pawar, Sharif Shaikh and other accused. It was revealed that Anil received INR 160,000 from the sale of the child. Finally, the boy's grandfather Amar Dhiren immediately reached the Wadala Truck Terminus (TT) Police Station and informed the police about the incident. Considering the seriousness of the incident, the police filed a complaint in this case.


The police registered a case in this matter on the complaint of Seema Khandagale, sub-inspector of the police station. Two accused have been arrested in this case and the police have got information about two more accused. Police are searching for those accused.
