Antop Hill – On 21 February, accused Moin manhandled police constable Pradeep Nivrutti Deshmukh at Sheikh Mistry Dargah’s Haji Ismail Haji Allana school. A complaint has been registered with Antop Hill police station against the three accused who are on run.
Constable Deshmukh asked the accused Moin to stay far from the polling booth suspecting him to be a miscreant. This enraged the accused who then started abusing the constable. Along with abusing, he pushed the constable. Antop hill police arrived at the spot but could not arrest the accused as they had already fled the scene.
Police are suspecting that accused Moin was with his father and brother. Police have booked them under the sections 353, 332, 34 of IPC.
