Mumbai’s anti-narcotics cell (ANC) busted an international drug racket with an arrest of two accused Gautam Singh Omkar Singh (55) and Bunty Ali Kudrat Ali (23).
On Tuesday, the ANC team (Worli unit) got a tip-off of a big consignment landing in Sion’s Chidambaram road, after which the senior police inspector Ninad Sawant laid the trap and took the duo into custody. Upon investigation, they seized Heroine weighing 1.4 kg worth INR 2 crores from both the accused, respectively.
Gautam Singh Omkar Singh and Bunty Ali residents of Rajasthan. Both the accused will be in police custody until November 9 for further investigation.
