Andheri - Raising day was celebrated in full swing in Andheri police station. On 4 January, at 11 am - 1.30 pm municipal school kids of standard 5 - 8 were invited to the police station. Around 60 students came to the police station. Cops showed children arms used by them. They also taught them about safety from the criminal activities occurring in the city. Present in the programme were PSI Hanumant Thorat, PSI Rajendra Kudvalkar, and staff. Snacks were also provided to the students who came in for the programme.
