Mumbai – Maharashtra Governor Ch. Vidyasagar Rao on Thursday instructed all the universities in the state to implement cashless and electronic transfer scheme. He has written a letter to this effect and instructed all the 20 universities in the state. He also asked the concerned authorities to initiate special campaigns to create awareness in this regard.
