On the auspicious occasion of Krishna Janmashtami, on August 27, 2024, CIDCO has launched a housing scheme for a total of 902 houses in various housing complexes in Navi Mumbai which are developed by CIDCO. Out of a total of 902 homes, 213 homes in the developed nodes of Kalamboli, Kharghar and Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai and 689 flats in CIDCO's Valleyshilp, Swapnpurti and Vastuvihar-Celebration housing complexes at Kharghar have been made available for sale.
CIDCO has been consistently launching housing schemes for citizens of various income groups. A housing scheme of sale of 902 homes is launched on this year's Krishna Janmashtami. Under this scheme, out of 213 available houses, 38 houses are available for sale in economically weaker sections available in Kalamboli, Kharghar and Ghansoli nodes under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna, and 175 are made available for sale under general category.

Also, out of 689 homes in CIDCO's Valleyshilp, Swapnapurti and Vastuviha-Celebration housing complexes at Kharghar, 42 flats are available for the economically weaker section under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna, 359 flats for the low income group, 128 flats for the medium income group and 160 flats for the high income group are available for sale.
The online application registration for the scheme will start from August 27, 2024 and the computerised draw for the scheme will be held on October 10, 2024. The website https://lottery.cidcoindia.com has been made available for online registration and detailed information about the scheme.
