CIDCO is set to launch a housing scheme on the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami. The housing scheme of total 902 flats will be launched on August 27, 2024. Under this housing scheme, 38 tenements for the economically weaker section and 175 for the general category in the developed nodes of Kalamboli, Kharghar and Ghansoli in
Navi Mumbai and 689 tenements from CIDCO's ‘Swapnapurti’ and ‘Vastuvihar-Celebration’ at Kharghar’ will be included in this scheme.
CIDCO has been implementing housing schemes for citizens of various income groups. Under this newly launched scheme on Janmashtmi, citizens will get an opportunity to realize their dream of owning a house in Navi Mumbai, having one of the best infrastructure facilities.
