After Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) put up a poster criticising Shiv Sena corporator Dilip Lande from the Chandivali constituency, the opposition on Monday demanded his resignation. “Unable to do corruption in MNS, Lande joined Shiv Sena for the same,” alleged MNS spokesperson Sandeep Deshpande.
Earlier in 2017, Dilip Lande was a corporator from MNS until he joined Shiv Sena along with five other corporators. It was a huge point of focus in the political circle. Now that Lande has been charged with corruption over trying to give Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC) garden plot to a builder, the MNS has attacked Shiv Sena.
Deshpande asserted that under the leadership of Raj Thackeray, there is no scope for corruption and no MNS corporator or leader has been caught in the same while some corporators left MNS and joined Shiv Sena to easily indulge in corruption.

While talking to Mumbai Live, Lande rejected all the allegations against him and said that no corruption has happened and only his party has the right to ask for the resignation.
