Dating will get quirky with MTV's new show Elovator Pitch

Popular youth channel MTV recently launched speed dating show Elovator Pitch, which will give a fresh and quirky definition of love.

The show will have 10 boys on 10 floors, on every floor, a man is revealed at the other end of the elevator door. The girl on her way up encounters these men who try to woo her in their limited time. Towards the end of it, the girl must shortlist three boys out of the lot and decide to go on a date with one. Likewise, 10 girls await a boy on every floor for a chance to woo him.

Talking about the show, VJ and host Gaelyn Mendonca says, “I am happy to be a part of Elovator Pitch which has such a quirky concept! It promises to be a perfect combination of drama and comedy that will appeal to the millennials. As much as Cyrus and I are thrilled to host the show, I’m sure the audience will be equally thrilled to watch it.”

Adding further, Cyrus Sahukar avers, “My relationship with MTV has been for more than a decade now, it feels like family to me! Elevator Pitch will surely set a different trend amongst the youngsters I’m looking forward to hosting the show and witnessing some great ‘pitches’ by the boys. I’m confident that I will learn many different ways of wooing the girls!”

Hosted by VJ Cyrus Sahukar and VJ Gaelyn Mendonca the show is all set to premiere on October 12, every Friday at 7 pm.
