Mankhurd - The local train journey is no less than an everyday challenge for the commuters. On Thursday around 3.30 pm at Mankhurd station commuters were panicked as they saw smoke coming from a CST-bound train. When checked by the authorities, it turned out to be a false alarm as the smoke was due to friction between the couplings that join two bogies. After the incidence trains were running normal, said Sanjay Choudhary, station master at Mankhurd.
