The Mumbai Passenger Reservation System (PRS) will remain closed for five hours from Saturday, December 14, 11:45 pm to Sunday, December 15, 4.45 am for facility maintenance.
Passengers will not be able to book tickets online during this period. Also, ticket reservation, ticket cancellation, inquiry service, current reservation, interactive voice response system (IVRS), ticket refund, chart display, touch screen services will not be available.

However, the TDR will be issued for refund as per the existing refund rules, informed the Central Railway Administration.
