In a meeting held at Vidhan Bhavan on Tuesday, March 4, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has said they have planned to open a parking lot with a capacity of 1200 vehicles at Haji Ali.
Chief Minister Fadnavis in the meeting directed the administration to use artificial intelligence technology (AI) in the drain cleaning works to be carried out by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
The meeting was focused at the ongoing infrastructure and other facility projects worth about INR 1.41 Lakh crores and proposed additional plans worth INR 25,000 crores.
The tender work for the proposed projects should be completed within a month. The ongoing projects should be completed on time, he directed.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Minister of State Madhuri Misal, Commissioner of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Additional Chief Secretary of Urban Development Department and important officials of the concerned department.
The civic body gave a presentation to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and informed him about the current status of various projects.
