The Mumbai Police Control Room received a phone call on Friday morning, alerting them that three terrorists had arrived in Mumbai from Dubai. The unknown caller claimed that the militants were related to Pakistan and had entered the city earlier that day. This has caused a commotion in the police force, and they have since initiated an investigation.

Details of the Phone Call

According to sources from the Mumbai Police, the caller provided the name of one of the terrorists, Mujeeb Syed, as well as his mobile number and car number. The caller also mentioned that the terrorists were involved in the business of number two. The identity of the caller is still unknown, but the police have identified the person who made the call as Raja Thonge.

Last year, on November 3, 2022, Mumbai Police received a threat call warning of a terrorist attack on Haji Ali Dargah in Mumbai. Upon receiving the call, the Tardeo police rushed to the scene and alerted Haji Ali Dargah officials. Additionally, a BDDS and convent van were dispatched to the site. The police investigated the location in the area, but nothing was found. Sources stated that when the police tried to contact the caller again, his phone was switched off. After investigating the caller, it was discovered that he was from Ulhasnagar and was mentally unstable, undergoing treatment for the same. Besides this, earlier, on August 20, 2023, the Mumbai Police Traffic Control Room had received another warning of a terrorist attack.
