Nivli to Hatkhamba road on Mumbai-Goa highway is closed

The first rain today has washed away the section of the highway between Nivli and Hatkhamba. So the traffic is slow from this place. In the first rains, the alternative road to Kashti and Vaitagwadi villages in Khardi in Shahapur taluka was washed away.

Samruddhi highway work is going on in this village. Therefore, an alternative road has been constructed to reach the village. However, due to the rains, the road is covered with mud. In addition, a part of the road was washed away during the rain yesterday, so the villagers as well as the students have to cross the road through the JCB.
