Thane: 10th standard girls bagged the first six ranks in municipal schools

In the recently announced results of class 10, girls have bagged the first six ranks from the schools of Thane Municipal Corporation. The result of Thane Municipal Schools this year is 83.84 percent. Last year the result was 70.50 percent.


A total of 1277 students from 22 schools of four mediums of Thane Municipal Corporation passed the SSC examination held in March 2024. Out of them 712 girls and 565 boys have passed. At the same time, the girls have won the first six ranks respectively. Among them, Khushboo Mehboob Kuldia of Secondary School No. 15, Kisannagar, English medium students secured 94 percent.

It was followed by Faiyaz Saudagar Jehjeeb (Secondary School No. 14, Mumbra, English Medium) with 91.80 percent marks and Mansi Chhaganlal Kumawat (Secondary School No. 15, Kisannagar, English Medium) with 90.40 percent marks.


Romaisha Mehtab Alam (Secondary School No. 13, Kausa, Urdu Medium) secured 89.80 percent, Mubeen Ahmed Qureshi (Secondary School No. 08, Rabodi, Urdu Medium) secured 89.60 percent, while Shruti Yashwant Khawle (Secondary School No. 01, Kisannagar, Marathi Medium) has secured 89.40 percent marks.


The hard work of these students, the efforts of their teachers and the support of their parents have made it possible for them to achieve this success. Thane Municipal Corporation is trying to make more efforts for the development of students in municipal schools. Along with these students, our teachers, municipal officials and staff are also happy with this success. Municipal Commissioner Saurabh Rao expressed his sentiments that he wishes these students all the best for their future careers. Also, Rao has also expressed hope that many more girls should get inspiration from the success of these students.
