Vasai - This year’s winter season has bought good news for the bird lovers. Red-breasted mergansers which are hard to spot are visible at Vasai creek. These birds have come from China and Russia in large numbers and they usually travel in winter and are visible only in winter season. These birds are seen at North America and Europe. Even though these birds are small in size they can fly 1000 km per hour.
