CIDCO has announced the sale of 100 shops in the Bamandongri Housing Complex in Navi Mumbai, with online registration for the scheme beginning from August 30, 2024. This scheme offers a unique opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to expand their ventures in the rapidly developing Ulwe Node.
The schemes launched by CIDCO for the sale of plots, shops, and commercial gives benefit to the ordinary citizens, developers, and business owners, contributing to the overall development of the city.

Under this scheme, 100 out of 243 shops in Plot No. 02, Sector-6, Ulwe, will be available for sale in the Bamandongri Housing Complex. The Ulwe Node is equipped with all essential infrastructure and offers excellent connectivity through railways, roads and Metro. The ambitious Navi Mumbai International Airport project is also located nearby, further enhancing Ulwe Node's significance on an international level.
Online registration for the scheme will begin on August 30, 2024, with the shops being sold through an e-auction and e-tender process.
