Dockyard- Police wives protested at Gangabawdi police quarters for asking them to vacate their houses. They demanded the PWD department to raze down two buildings out of four buildings and to construct transit camp for their families. Few years back, PWD had declared Gangabawdi police quarters as a dangerous building and asked the residents to vacate. But they were not given an alternative and so the police wives protested on Tuesday.
