CR to run CSMT-Kudal unreserved special train for Ganpati devotees

The CSMT-Kudal unreserved special train will run on Konkan Railway line for Ganpati pilgrims. This unreserved train will run from CSMT on September 4 and 6 and from Kudal on September 5 and 7.


This train stops at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Kamathe, Sawarda, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Advali, Vilavde, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg stations.


Recently, trains will also run on the Western Railway (WR) route to Konkan. This new train started on August 29.

This train will run from Bandra Terminus in Mumbai to Madgaon in Goa. So now the passengers living in the western suburbs of Mumbai in Konkan will benefit. This new train has now been put into passenger service by the Railways ahead of the arrival of Lord Ganesha on September 7.


Bandra - Madgaon train will run twice a week. There will be a train from Madgaon towards Bandra every Tuesday and Thursday which will arrive from Madgaon at 7:40 am and reach Bandra at 11:40 pm. So there will be a train from Bandra station every Wednesday and Friday which will leave Bandra at 6:50 am and reach Madgaon at 10:00 pm.
