On July 19 morning, check-in systems at airports across India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru airports were down which led to the commotion for passengers. Due to a glitch in check-in systems, airlines including IndiGo, Akasa and SpiceJet were affected.
Global Microsoft outage is leaving users across the world unable to access its cloud computing platforms. This technical error is causing airlines to cancel flights as well.

IndiGo also tweeted, "Our systems are currently impacted by a Microsoft outage, which is also affecting other companies. During this time booking, check-in, access to your boarding pass, and some flights may be impacted. We appreciate your patience."
