Telecom company Jio has raised the bar for the existing companies in the market with its groundbreaking offers.
In order to sustain in the market, Airtel has announced its plans to expand the network throughout Mumbai. Under the transformation of the network, there are plans to install 7000 new mobile broadband sites, pre-5G Massive MIMO technology and Fresh 4G spectrum of 10 MHz.

Airtel will promote network capacity for high-speed data and provide better services to improve voice calls for customers in 2018-19. Airtel will add a new site every hour in Mumbai this year. In fact, after the merger of Vodafone and Idea, Airtel has faced a lot of competition, and so the company is adopting new strategies to deal with.
Massive MIMO expands network capacities by 5-7 times on the same spectrum and delivers super fast data speeds even if there are a large number of users at the same location.
