The work of installing beams on the metro line has started in the Kasarvadvali area of Ghodbunder. For this work, traffic changes have been implemented from midnight on Monday and according to this traffic has been diverted to an alternative route on this road. The traffic police explained that this traffic change will be applicable till October 30.
The work of construction of metro four line Wadala-Ghatkopar-Kasarvadavali is going on in Thane city and Ghodbunder area. As part of this work, the work of installing an 'U' shaped beam on the pillar of the metro line in the area from Kasarvadavali to Vedanta Hospital has been undertaken. Thane Traffic Police has implemented traffic changes to avoid traffic jams or accidents during this work.

A one-way lane will be open for heavy traffic from Ghodbunder towards Thane from Kasarvadavali to Vedanta Hospital area. Whereas light vehicles will ply from near Oscar Hospital on Seva road to Kasarvadavali signal on main road or from petrol pump on Seva road to Vedanta Hospital on main road. These traffic changes will be in effect from 12:00 pm to 5:00 am till October 30.
