A fire broke out at Mumbai Central's China Building which is at Faras Road behind City Centre Mall. The fire was reported at January 6 around 9:16 am after which the Fire Brigade was deployed at the spot.
It is in Bagdadi compound behind Shukla Estate in Nagpada. No casualties have been reported so far and the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. It is being suspected that the fire has been caused to the blast of a chemical tanker. According to reports, 6 people have been injured. More details are awaited.
