Emergency maintenance work is being carried out on the Barvi gravity channel of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation’s (MIDC) water supply scheme, specifically on the water channel from Katai Naka to Mukand Company. As a result, water supply will be suspended for 24 hours, from 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 28, to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, between Katai and Thane.
This will impact water supply in the Kalwa, Mumbra, and Diva areas under the Thane Municipal Corporation during the specified period.
