Actor Vivek Oberoi has approached the MIDC police in Andheri for allegedly defrauding him of Rs. 1.5 cr.
A case has been registered in this matter on Wednesday. A case of fraud has been registered against producer Sanjay Saha along with Nandita Saha, Radhika Nanda and other accused.
The case was registered on the complaint of Deven Jawaharlal Bafna (57), Chartered Accountant of Oberoi Mega Entertainment. According to their complaint, Oberoi Organic LLP was incorporated on 24 February 2017. Vivek and his wife Priyanka are partners in the company.
