Goregaon - Cyber Crime officers from the Mumbai police visited the Vanrai police station at Goregoan east to spread awareness against online frauds, on Wednesday.
The awareness programme held at Vanrai police station, was attended by policemen from the Goregaon police station, social workers, and local residents.
Cyber Crime officers shared some important information about online cheats and fraudsters and asked people to be very careful while using Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. They also added that the one time password (OTP) generated during online transactions should not be shared.
