Shivaji Nagar police arrest three men and seize swords

Shivaji Nagar police have arrested three accused who tried looting an auto driver in the wee hours of Wednesday.

Shivaji Nagar resident and an auto driver Iliyas Sheikh was in Bainganwadi area where he was stopped by three men on a bike. They scared him with the sword and stole his money.

While this was happening, Shivaji Nagar police beat marshals were in the vicinity. They then chased the accused and arrested 28 year old Nabi Shah, 30 year old Abdul Khan and 20 year old Shahjad Sayyed. The accused are now behind the bars. Police have seized swords from them and are investigating the matter.
