Mumbai- Education Minister for State Vinod Tawde has rolled back his decision on selfie attendance. Very soon a decision will be taken on the selfie attendance and officials will be trained.
For time being the rule of selfie attendance is on hold till the next orders. To stop students from bunking their class, the selfie rule was brought into practice so that school teachers would take a selfie with their class to see the strength of the class and to see who all are present in the class.
According to the selfie, rule teachers were supposed to click selfie in a group of ten students and upload the pictures. But at district and taluka level, teachers were having difficulty completing the process.
Till then students can happily sing the selfie song from Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
