Bigg Boss is one of the most popular reality TV shows in the country. The Colors TV show gained popularity over the years, with its unique format. Many celebrities from India and other parts of the world have been a part of the show, and over the last few seasons, Bigg Boss house has been open for a common man too.

Excitement is in the air, as Bigg Boss 12 is here. After the successful season 11, Bigg Boss season 12 is here for the public, and the audience this time can participate with their partner. The channel and the production house have started the audition process for the same. The message on the audition form reads “Bigg Boss is back again with its 12th edition. This time, we are bigger than ever (drumrolls). You and your partner can join the BB12 gang! Yes, you read that right. You and your partner. It could be your sister, friend, boss, mother-in-law, etc. So what are you waiting for? Get going. Showcase your talents and intelligence, and earn your way to name, fame and the prize money!”

 

The last season of Bigg Boss 11 which had the theme of neighbours, made a mark with the audience as many popular faces from the Indian TV industry raised the standards of Bigg Boss, with their performance and strategy. While Shilpa Shinde won the Bigg Boss 11, Hina Khan (popularly known as Akshara from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai) became the runner-up. Producer Vikas Gupta won the hearts with his simplicity and the game. The show was hosted by Bollywood's Bhaijaan Salman Khan.

The channel and production house have promised that Bigg Boss 12 will be bigger than ever, and this time with a partner along, there will be more entertainment and hatred in the house.

On the other hand, the production house also kickstarted the first season of Bigg Boss Marathi, which is being hosted by ace Bollywood and Marathi actor Mahesh Manjrekar. Here are the contestants who have been chosen for the show.

Colors TV also saw the end of Rising Star 2, where Hemant Brijwasi was announced the winner in the grand finale. Rohanpreet Singh was announced the runner-up.
