Girgaum - The waste stacked up in the brook of the Kumbharwada vegetable market is cleaned. To everyone's dismay, the cleaned waste is dumped on the road itself. People taking this route are having a tough time because of stinking smell. Even after reporting the incident to BMC, there is no action taken by them.
