The number of voters has increased significantly for the assembly elections in Maharashtra. As per the statistics, Mumbai has witnessed an increase of 26,198 voters for assembly polls as compared to the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
Of the 36 assembly constituencies in Mumbai, 10 assembly seats have witnessed an increased in voters by 26,198. Of these, 90 voters are Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
Of the 12,905 people who applied online, 12,499 names were listed in the voters' list. A total of 18,970 people applied online and 4,889 applications were rejected for various reasons.

In this process, Colaba assembly constituency witnessed the increase in the number of voters by 3,829. People from Colaba applied the most through online medium while the most people from Worli registered offline.
