Mumbai- Post 'Saamna' newspaper published the caricature about the Maratha community, it enraged many leaders of Shiv Sena. It is said that many of the SS leaders gave resignation letters to the Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray viz. Buldhana's MP Prataprao Jadhav, MLA Shashikant Khedekar & MLA Sanjay Rayampulkar. However, SS senior leader Subash Desai has cleared the air of resignation news.
On Sunday, Saamna newspaper published a cartoon mocking Maratha morcha, which is currently making news, didn't go down well with Shiv Sena leader. Following to which, resignation series commenced.
