The MHADA recently announced the lottery conducted for 2030 houses and also released the names of the winners. In this lottery process of MHADA, the dream of many people has come true.
According to the official information given on behalf of MHADA, 1,13,542 out of 2017 applicants got their rightful houses in this draw. But, the applicants who did not get the houses in the lottery this time, were disappointed. All such aspirants need not to lose hope as after 7 months, MHADA will release the lottery for more houses.
In 2025, another lottery will be issued on behalf of MHADA in the month of April-May, the MHADA vice president clarified while announcing the lottery. However, as it has not been clarified how many houses will be made available for the upcoming draw or in which areas the houses will be located, the aspirants are now curious and waiting for the same draw.
Looking at the announcement made on behalf of MHADA regarding the upcoming draw, it will not be wrong to say that this is a big relief for those who failed in terms of houses in this year's draw. Meanwhile, in the recently announced lottery, MHADA has made available houses in LIG, MIG, and HIG categories for about 2030 houses during the months of August-September.
