Congress on Wednesday released its third list of candidates while naming 20 contenders who will contest 2019 Maharashtra assembly elections scheduled on October 21.
Earlier on Tuesday, Congress had named 52 more candidates giving a ticket to former Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan who will contest assembly polls from Karad South constituency.
Moreover, Congress gave a ticket to Dheeraj Vilasrao Deshmukh from Latur (Rural) seat.
With the third list, Congress has released the names of 123 candidates until now. In this list, Congress has fielded Aslam R. Shaikh from Malad West followed by Manisha Suryavanshi from Ghatkopar West, George Abraham from Kalina, Asif Ahmed Jakeriya from Bandra West.

Moreover, Congress has given a ticket to Shivkumar Lad from Wadala, Madhukar Balkrushna Chavan from Byculla.
