Mayoral Election on 8 March

Mumbai - 8 March is the day when Mumbai will host its new Mayor. Nomination for the mayorship will be conducted on 4 March and the nominees can withdraw their name before the voting starts at 12 pm.

Shiv Sena leader Anil Desai, MP Rahul Shewale met BMC Commissioner and asked him to change the date of the election. BMC Corporators will elect the new mayor.
