Goregaon- Police security has been beefed up in Goregaon area on account of the voting day which falls on 21 February.
On Monday, Goregaon police conducted a parade from S. V. road police station to Jawahar Nagar, Station road, Unnat Nagar, and Prem Nagar. On 21 February, i.e. on voting day, they will be positioned at important areas to tackle any possible mishaps.
While parading they interacted with the residents and asked them to step out of the house and exercise their right to vote without any fear. “We are glad to see the police force so vigilant in our area. We will definitely vote without any inhibition,” said Rajesh Gavkar, resident
