As soon as Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray) deputy leader and Uddhav Thackeray's confidant Rajan Salvi announced his decision to join the Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) group, a big discussion is being seen in the political circle.

Rajan Salvi, once considered a confidant of Uddhav Thackeray, has announced his decision to go with Eknath Shinde, which is considered a blow to the Thackeray group. Take whoever you want to but the work should not be stalled, reacted Aaditya Thackeray.

What did Rajan Salvi say?

Before Rajan Salvi (Eknath Shinde) joined the Shiv Sena party, speaking to TV 9, he had expressed his position regarding party entry. “I informed Uddhav Thackeray about the people who are responsible for the defeat in the 2024 elections. After that I remained calm. But today I have decided to join Shiv Sena. All the information and evidence which is responsible for my defeat, the people who have worked against me were given to Shiv Sena party chief. After that I thought I should stop now. But the members of the constituency urged me to stand once again for the overall development of the constituency and the district. Accordingly, I have taken this decision", said Rajan Salvi.

Legislature of Legislative Council?

Meanwhile, it is being said that Rajan Salvi will get the legislative council seat after joining the party. When asked about it, he made an indicative statement. “The party I have been working in since the beginning. I have worked there as Shiv Sainik, corporator, mayor, district head and then deputy leader. Three times MLA. Now Eknath Shinde will decide. I believe in him. I expect him to love me like an elder brother", he mentioned.

Rajan Salvi has challenged Vinayak Raut to present evidence of this when asked about Vinayak Raut taking the name of Nitesh Rane and accusing him of doing Rane's work during the election. “In the last 38 years, I have worked as per the orders given by the Shiv Sena party chief. I can confidently say that I have not done an iota of wrongdoing in the past. If so, the information should be given. If there is an allegation that I have taken money from someone, they should prove it. Rajan Salvi has said that if he gives proof, I will retire from politics on the same day.

Entry of Salvi to deter Uday Samant?

"Vinayak Raut says that I am being taken into the party to deter Uday Samant. But there is no such intention.” Rajan Salvi also said that they all should join hands and grow Shiv Sena in the district.
