The WhatsApp chats of actress Rhea Chakraborty accessed by news channels have sparked a fresh debate of the drug mafia and its connections with the Bollywood. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut has demanded drug tests be conducted on top Bollywood actors. 

Reacting to this, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nilesh Rane has targeted Maharashtra Environment Minister Aaditya Thackeray saying that he should undergo a drug test. 

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) are investigating the drug connection in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Meanwhile, Ranaut has been constantly targeting Mumbai Police and various Bollywood celebrities. 

“Why just Ranveer and Ranbir I feel even Aditya Thakre should undergo random drug test. After all he has also been very cozy with Bollywood’s inner circle (sic),” Nilesh Rane tweeted. 

Earlier, Ranaut has alleged that 99 per cent of the people in Bollywood are drug users. She said that all film personalities should undergo a blood test before being chosen for any national award. 

“I request Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, Vicky Kaushal to give their blood samples for drug test, there are rumours that they are cocaine addicts, I want them to bust these rumours, these young men can inspire millions if they present clean samples (sic),” Ranaut had tweeted.
